Description
Aria is a winning project from a limited design competition. Utilising five linearly linked towers, each apartment block is oriented to capitalize on different views of the sea, the city and the mountains. In order to maximize the floor-to-floor height in each unit, the towers sit on a multi-storey basement car park with circular vehicular ramp that leads to an elevated and cantilevered scenic drive with views of the mountains to the east. The development comprises an intermediate sky garden that doubles up as a refuge floor to fulfill fire escape requirements. Above the sky gardens are the full seaview sky club and luxurious duplexes and penthouse. A clubhouse and an outdoor swimming pool are nestled within a two-storey podium.
