Description
A new building complex consists of a public library, indoor recreation centre and a new central reserve stack. The indoor recreation centre would provide a main games arena which could accommodate 1200 persons maximum at a time. Within the arena, two basketball courts, or two volleyball courts or eight badminton courts have been planned.
