The design concept of the building has taken advantage of the strong corner facing the main intersection as the main feature, with the use of glass colour, diagonal aluminium pattern and triangular cantilevered terrace at the top to symbolize the building design by creating “A” shape representing Aspiration One Co., Ltd. name.
The office building had been designed and planned, providing brand new, contemporary styled offices, commercial areas, restaurant, and lounge. Varying in size and available on flexible aspect, the areas will be appropriate for any businesses, from small to large tenants.
On ground floor, the office lobby is located, including high zone and low zone lift, carpark lift, and commercial areas, where are also planned on basement and level 9.
The design has taken “Green” intervention into consideration, such as the use of low-e glass curtain wall panel, co sensors to control air quality, providing eco and carpool
parking, bicycle parking etc. as part of building energy efficiency campaign.
