Located at Charan-sanitwong Road in Bangkok, this new corporate head quarter for Muangthai Capital PCL. is designed as an ultra modern office with a curved form and glass curtain wall as its facade.
The building comprises an 14-storey office tower with a multi-storey car park facility. The ground level consists of a double-volume main entrance foyer, lobby and a prominent entrance canopy. Meeting and recreation facilities and staff canteen are provided on level 5 and 6 with remaining 8 levels of office accommodation. The typical floor plates are column free and the service spaces are integrated at the rear.
The exterior facade is articulated with 2 different shades of high perofrmance laminating insulated glass and aluminium cladding creating a large M font at the 2 sides representing the name of the company. Energy-efficient passive facade for sun shading and glare control further enhances the building a distinct and elegant image.
