Description
The concept of the design of this development is derived from 2 modern high-rise towers with L-shape plan forms place diagonally opposite each other, reminiscent to “Yin & Yang”, “Day & Night”, “Sun & Moon” philosophy.
The Metris, an elegant mixed-use development, consists of a 24-storey intelligent office building with ancillary retail shops and a 33-storey modern residential tower, prominently located adjacent to major intersection of two main public roads, Rama9 - Ramkumhang roads and Sri-Ratch express way.
The Metris Project was inspired by Midcentury architectural language with characterized by simplicity and geometrical shapes. The façade of the two buildings features the random vertical clean lines expression which specifically to satisfy the taste of the new gen “Z” generation which are the main consumer target.
This mixed-use development embraces the modern – midcentury luxury of living, whilst encapsulating the advanced social and environmental values of the modern Bangkok urbanized society. The residents could also whet their appetite at the club facilities which include GYM, running track, co-working space and library as well as the ample green spaces which are located at the sky garden and the podium roof deck.
The residential units are located at level 4 to level 33, a total of 30 floors, each level houses 19 residential unit, with the sizes are ranging from 1 to 2 bedrooms of 30 sq.m. to 59 sq.m.
