Description
A modern Art Deco Beacon, Kronos Sathorn is an office building that combines modernity and distinctive identity on Sathorn Road.
The Kronos Sathorn was inspired by Art Deco language with slight glimpses of a Neo-Gothic Theme. With its proximity to Lumpini Park, The Kronos can be likened to Architectural jewels that flank the edges of New York’s Central Park.
The top crown top of The Kronos is highlighted by the ornamentation 9 meter wide classic clock to represent the God of Time “Kronos” , which is the name of the project. The pitched roof feature offer an attractive look and stand as one of the tallest classical office towers in central Bangkok. The silhouette of vertical motifs observed during daylight are brightly lit by a choreography of multi coloured lights at night.
The project responds to its surroundings by maintaining the minimum required distances from neighboring buildings in order to enhance natural daylight and provide unobstructed views of Lumpini Park.
The development is located within close proximity to Lumpini MRT Stations and Chongnonsi BTS Station. Whilst being well integrated into various transport nodes, ample parking with almost 300 parking spaces is available.
The office complex provides large open planned and unobstructed office units by utilizing a centralized service corn and maximizing the best views.
