Description
P &T and Hong Kong Land’s collaborations bear a signature: the use of design to enhance the quality of life of its residents and the sensitive adoption of their projects to blend with the rich heritage of the city or country. “The Marq”.
Inspired by the heritage and distinctive lifestyle of old Saigon, the project brings in the outstanding creativity and opulent amenities, green garden that allows the residents to enjoy the verdant landscape and fresh air every day. The apartment layout is also be well planned affording wonderful access to natural daylighting and breezes.
The design is to reinterpret the definition of ‘’home’’ for especially young generations of family and translate it through various design elements to give residents a feeling of spaciousness, privacy and comfort, whilst all conveniences are just around the corner.
The ground floor units are designed as a new typology of “landed housing apartments”, with lofty ceilings, generous outdoor green terraces which allow the residents control over the degree of privacy and views out into the central courtyard
The extensive use of glass panels on the facades and balconies, incorporating with the fine edges and sharp lines of the rectilinear forms break down the massing of the block while offering a textured paint through out of the facade horizontally, sun-shading ledges and fins give the façade a distinctively elegant and luxury appearance.
