Description
Design development is a 27-storey luxurious residential tower. Situated in the corner of a prominent area, this building is designed as a landmark in the neighborhood.
The façade is lined with granite columns to stretch its verticality and dark bronze decoration motifs to highlight every detail on the building. Like all Art Deco buildings, a set of specially designed motifs was used as an element to bring unity throughout the design.
They are both decorative and functional, with some motifs used as lanterns to illuminate the streets. The application of these exotic motifs at the podium level brings the pedestrians’ eyes to this luxurious and elegant building from street level, while the rooftop’s dramatic design draws attention from afar.
The perception of its height is stretched further thanks to the line of stone columns at the facade. All decorations are variations based on the same motif specially designed for this project, which creates a continuity of details from podium to roof.
