Description
Existing buildings shall be demolished and re-provided with a new age-care facility accommodating 410 residents and a day care center of 20 places, provide with a multi-purpose hall, cafe, rehabilitation center, supporting amenities and external gardens. Our design approach maximizes staff efficiency by allowing direct visual linkages and physical access from strategically located nurse stations to residents’ rooms and activity areas, and creates a humane environment that promotes social and family interaction. External areas are vastly landscaped to facilitate outdoors activities, an important and particularly enjoyable part of daily life for the aged residents. The facade treatment suggests a dignified, welcoming and vivid character for the redeveloped home.
