Description
The project consists of two buildings situated on 4,995 square meters site on the corner of Mahesak intersection in the vicinity of Silom area, Bangkok's well known commercial districts and diverse lifestyle area.

The 22-storey hotel building consists of 399 key guestrooms with standard and suite sizes ranging from 44-106 square meters, accompanied by full range of facilities including spa and 264 car parking spaces in an adjacent building. Both buildings provide a total gross floor area of 38,884 square meters.

The podium portion consists of ample main lobby, all-day restaurant, meeting room, BOH whereas the hotel guestrooms located in high-rise portion are arranged in an oriented L-shaped floor plate and a swimming pool located on the top floor in order to obtain clear view of the Chao Phraya River and the city.

The contemporary style façade represents a combination of golden yellow and navy blue colors by mainly using natural stone and aluminium cladding. This combination clearly compliments the image of the business and therefore creates a new iconic skyline of the district.

The overall building mass is a bundle of several elements, interlocking in a stepped geometry as they continue downward from the top roof feature. This intriguing massing combination is a result of shadow setback regulation, but it created an intriguing form and distinguished the Grande Centre Point Surawong from others.
