The luxurious 28 storey residential tower on Bourdillon road, in the heart of Lagos, is an additional prestigious home destination. Designed and Fitted-out by P&T to promote the resident’s wellbeing.
An entrance fit for a 5-star resort, with podium level that entertain the communal space for the building, with Facilities that surrounds the 25-meter pool with the doubles tennis court behind the scenic lifts. The lift lobby opens to the lounge with a multi-function room and views to the lap pool and the overflow at the other end in front of the lounge. The apartments boast floor to ceiling windows and large balconies that give residents the luxury to enjoy the amazing views all around. The ID concept is an enhanced contemporary luxurious model of living, that associates the nourish African spatial heritage and the organic modern lifestyle.
The color palette is derived from nature. The light grey and off-white colors supported with the natural stone and oak wood textures that give a cozy home feeling in a modern timeless application. The Indoor Stretch Ceiling Lighting is proposed in the Main Entrance, Lobby Lounge, Multipurpose Room, Gymnastic, and the Lift Lobbies to mimic the skylight effect, and collaborate the indoor/outdoor integrity, which enhance the luxurious quality of living aspect. The dominant external slab curved edges are reflected on the interior design to create a coherent visual identity to the Bourdillon 39.
