Description
The Public Housing Project is located at Lot B9 of New Reclamation Area Zone A. The site area of Lot B9 is 5,399 m2. The Project comprises of Public Housing, Social/Public Facilities and underground carpark. The Public Housing will accommodate 649 residential units. Social/Public Facilities are located on first and second floors, with commercial area and utilities spaces at the ground floor. There is also a 3-level underground car park, which provides 360 numbers of car parking spaces for motor cars and 94 numbers of car parking spaces for motorbikes.
