Description
The Masterplan is located at Nhon Thanh Trung Commune, Tan An City, Long An Province, South of Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. Aim of the Masterplan is to concretize directions of the project "Regional planning of Long An province to 2020, vision to 2030" and Overall master plan of Tan an City, orientation to 2030 and vision after 2030. To develop Tan An city to become a highly competitive and good living environment, together with preservation and development the ethnic cultural values, green area, water surface to create an attractive landscape and unique identity for the city. To form the central urban area and new areas via through the city’s ring road. To expand the socio-economic space and building urban development model according to centralized structure - open space. To develop functional areas of the urban center: an administrative center, public service center; education training center, cultural and sport center, medical center and regional ecotourism service center. To contribute the socio-economic development, create jobs, increase the people’s income and increase the local budget particularly and Long An province generally.
