Description
The project is a touristic island destination, a hub for showcasing the cultures of the Red Sea countries while preserving the Islands Natural ecosystem contributing to the Socio-Economic development of the island.
The total target quantity of hotel room keys on the island is 3,670 keys with an estimated total GFA of approximately 500,000 sqm spread out over a wide range of product offerings to cater to families, couples and tour groups from the Kingdom, GCC, MENA, Europe, potential Cruise Ship passengers and Umrah Pilgrims.
The alternative hotel categories at a high level of differentiation are, Family, lifestyle, wellness, eco, and adventure hotel resorts.
