Description
The "Jinling Central" complex project is located in the core area of Xinjiekou business district in Qinhuai District, Nanjing. Xinjiekou is a famous business district with a history of nearly 100 years and is known as the "No. 1 business district in China". As the opening work of Xinjiekou's urban renewal, this project aims to achieve the goal of creating an impressive new landmark and shopping center for the owner (Hong Kong Land). P&T combines the advantages of the plot close to the subway entrance and injects the "integrated" design concept of TOD. Through the interconnection and sharing of underground, ground and above-ground spaces, while overcoming the limitations of the embedded site, visitors are attracted by the visual display of the building's appearance, jointly creating a vibrant and attractive urban core place.
This project has a total of 5 plots, with Plot A primarily designated as mixed-use of commercial, office and serviced apartment. It includes a 7-story commercial podium, Office Tower T1 (235 meters, 44 floors), a serviced apartment Tower T2 (161 meters, 36 floors), and a 4-level basement. Meanwhile, Plot B features a 4-story commercial podium and Office Tower T3 (99.9 meters, 20 floors), forming an integrated super high-rise complex. An underground passage and a 3-story elevated skybridge connect Plot A to Plot B. The total CFA is 336,000 square meters, comprising approximately 235,000 sqm above ground and 100,000 sqm below ground.
