Description
The "Jinling Central" complex project is located in the core area of Xinjiekou business district in Qinhuai District, Nanjing. Xinjiekou is a famous business district with a history of nearly 100 years and is known as the "No. 1 business district in China". As the opening work of Xinjiekou's urban renewal, this project aims to achieve the goal of creating an impressive new landmark and shopping center for the first-class Hong Kong developer owner (Hong Kong Land). As a designer, Bama combines the advantages of the plot close to the subway entrance and injects the "integrated" design concept of TOD rail transit. Through the interconnection and sharing of underground, ground and above-ground spaces, while overcoming the limitations of the embedded site, visitors are attracted by the visual display of the building's appearance, jointly creating a vibrant and attractive urban core place.
This project has a total of 5 plots, including mixed commercial and office land, which is a complex super-high-rise project with commercial, office (241 meters high, 44 floors), serviced apartments (168 meters high, 36 floors), and four-story basement. The total construction area is 336,000 square meters, of which the above-ground construction area is 235,000 square meters and the underground construction area is 100,000 square meters.
