Tucked away from the commercial strip along Singapore River, this development strikes a perfect balance between urban vibrancy and residential tranquility. Its proximity to the riverfront provides easy access to dynamic river activities, while offering a peaceful retreat within a predominantly residential enclave. Drawing from the site’s historical and geographical context, the design is inspired by the tributaries that once shaped the area and the serene stretch of Kim Seng Linear Park that extends toward the Singapore River.
Echoing the iconic shimmer of riverboats at sunrise and sunset, the architectural aesthetic is a tribute to the fluidity of water. The tower’s façade embodies the gentle ripples of a river, with wave-like movements that ascend the 36-storey residential and culminate in a dynamic clash of waves at the crown.
