The total retail GFA above ground is 38,000sqm including basement carpark connecting the whole 108 International Financial Centre development. The design retained the traditional Zhongshan “Old Street“streetscape and the retail atmosphere, integrate with modern architectural spacial design concept. By creating unique urban spaces, it brings the energy to the city and enhance the living standard to the neighbourhood. The 2 piece of land in between the development is part of the government’s green belt.
