Description
The mosque is designed for an overall capacity 1,500 worshipers, including separate prayer spaces for men and women, in addition to educational spaces as a Library and Classroom. The mosque is grand jewel of the project and signifies what the Saudi culture is all about. The approach to the mosque’s architectural design was to integrate within the hospital design, resembling the culture and offer straight forward Islamic architecture. The concept is inspired by the Holy books of Quran and the way they are placed in mosques, making the concept religiously driven.
