Description
JLK Tower is a 32‑storey office building located beside BTS Nana on Sukhumvit Road, surrounded by hotels, condominiums, and offices. A front plaza connects pedestrians to retail outlets and the office lobby, while a bridge on level 2 links directly to the BTS station. Parking spans levels 2–10 with capacity for 379 cars, supported by lifts to the lobby, basement supermarket, and food court.
The 7m-high lobby, finished in beige tones to match the façade, creates a grand entrance on the east side. Eleven lifts are divided into low and high zones to optimize circulation. Office floors feature a central service core, allowing large column‑free spaces adaptable for single or multiple tenants.
The façade combines modern light brown glass with wide horizontal fins for shading, suited to Thailand’s tropical climate. Upper floors step back slightly, enhanced by a slanted curved curtain wall and rounded corners, giving the tower a distinctive profile. At the top, tilted lines and French windows frame a curved terrace inspired by European conservatories, offering panoramic views of Benchakitti Park, Lumpini Park, and the city skyline.
