Description
Lentor Central Residences features two residential towers, 27 and 28 stories high, offering a total of 477 units. The design emphasizes urban integration, incorporating a 30-meter wind corridor in line with TCOT requirements and minimizing its footprint by limiting the project to just two blocks.
The site provides excellent connectivity, with four access points for various users and easy links to the surrounding park. Each unit is oriented north-south to optimize the microclimate, while vertical aluminum railings on balconies and AC ledges enhance both airflow and aesthetics.
At the center of the development, the main clubhouse cascades down the site, featuring a lift core that connects different levels. This design promotes accessibility and creates a seamless transition between the two ground levels, blending harmoniously with the existing terrain.
