Description
The Park Ventures Ecoplex on Witthaya is located within a network of Bangkok’s main tree-lined arteries connecting urban fabric with nature. The eco-conscious mixed use complex rise from a park-like environment creating an oasis within the center of Bangkok’s central business district. A prominent sculpture that pays homage to the traditional Thai ‘Wai’ symbol, it is located at the corner of a dynamic road crossing. The building’s North-South orientation proposes both a landmark as well as an advanced construction that minimizes energy consumption by means of it’s strategically placed solar orientation.
