Description
The Security Forces Medical Centre is a master planned medical campus which includes a 1200 bed single-room hospital with 46 operating theatres and all the specializations required for adults and children, mental health and rehabilitation with a GFA of 500,000 sqm. The complex has a total BUA of 1.2 million sqm including extensive housing with single apartments, family apartments and doctor villas sharing a community center, mosques and sports facilities located in a central park. Service and utility buildings with chillers, water treatment, storages, laundry etc. are part of the campus. The project is a design-built project with ABV Rock as the contractor.
