Description
This development is the extension of the previous adjacent success of “Baan Jamjuree I” along Sukhumvit 39. The development consists of a 30 storey serviced apartment / hotel tower with 213 luxury units ranging from 40 to 71, 92, 116 to 132 Sq.m., all units capturing the best and clear view of Bangkok. The lobby, restaurant and other serviced facilities are housed on Level 1, with ample carparking spaces of 196 cars provision over the podium levels. There are 3 Levels of recreation facilities on separate locations, such as landscaping deck on L6, main pool and spa on L26 and the sky pool for hotel guests on L31. The semi-enclose drop off area on L1 forms an internal courtyard concept atmosphere with the large garden in one side at the front. This drop off is to serve both main entrance lobby as well as the main restaurant. The façade design consists of the vertical articulated white colour fins in order to create a simple Japanese “ZEN” modern style. The main feature of the design is the suspended deck on L26 which could be catered for multi functions apart from main swimming pool and spa activities. This feature also creates the visual separation to the hotel portion from the rest. The design concept is based on the two simple rectangular blocks with different heights tie together with the suspended facility floor. This juxtaposition design creates an interesting piece of architecture to the overall skyline of Bangkok.
