Ascentia Sky - A Vertical Garden in the City - A City within a Vertical GardenLocated on Alexandra Road at the fringe of Singapore’s CBD, sits Ascentia Sky - a 45 storey single tower luxury condominium housing 373 residential units in proximity to the Tanglin area.Ascentia Sky’s single tower was conceived as a literal extension of nature from the ground to the sky. The form articulates as it rises, weaving interspersed pockets of dwellings and gardens. The building tower is formed by two cores towards each end with the corner units stacked to form a clean architectural vocabulary of modern glazed vertical shapes. The carefully distributed pockets of gardens amidst the residential units results in a spectacular collage of building form and nature, which creates a distinctive skyline feature for the city.
