This is in accordance with the "Tendering and Bidding Law of the People's Republic of China," the "Implementation Regulations of the Tendering and Bidding Law," the "Interim Measures for the Management of Bid Evaluation Experts and Expert Database," and the "Shenzhen Public Resource Trading Expert Database and Expert Management Measures" (Shen Fa Gai Gui [2022] No. 5), among other relevant regulations, tailored to the specific context of Shenzhen.
