Nestled within a breathtaking natural setting, the New World Hotel is envisioned as a low-rise, deluxe city resort that seamlessly integrates with a country clubhouse. Designed to combine luxury, sustainability, and harmony with nature, the hotel features 319 guestrooms, a business lounge, a health and spa club, and grand ballrooms accommodating up to 1,000 guests. The design philosophy embraces the concept of “borrowed scenery,” carefully framing panoramic views of the golf course and the natural lake to enrich the guest experience.
Continuous balconies, open terraces, and landscaped lawns strengthen the relationship between indoor and outdoor spaces, while an external colonnade and garden pathways connect the hotel with the clubhouse, offering visitors intimate and scenic experiences. The architectural composition is layered to maintain a gradual skyline, ensuring a natural dialogue between the built form and its environment. Recessed terraces and landscaped setbacks bring greenery into the building fabric, enhancing natural ventilation and improving energy efficiency.
Environmental features such as sun-shading systems and modern sustainable technologies further elevate the project’s commitment to energy savings and occupant comfort. With these design strategies, the New World Hotel is set to achieve LEED Gold Certification, reflecting its vision of blending architectural innovation with sustainability and guest wellbeing.
