This award-winning project has been recognized with the 2016 Real Estate Design China Gold Award and the 2014 MIPIM Asia Silver Prize for Best Urban Regeneration Project, underscoring its significance in shaping the city’s modern identity while respecting its cultural heritage.

The development comprises a twelve-storey studio office tower rising above a six-storey commercial podium, complemented by four basement levels of retail and parking that are seamlessly connected to the metro system. Together with the Marco Polo Hotel complex across from the renowned Ancestral Temple Zumiao, the project forms a striking gateway to one of Guangdong’s most important landmarks.

The architectural expression is defined by interlocking blocks that break down the long massing into a more intimate, human scale. The design blends color and texture to harmonize with the historic fabric of the district, while projecting a vibrant and contemporary image. Features such as bold red entrances accented with silver details, a sunken courtyard that activates the basement levels and flexible studio office layouts demonstrate how thoughtful design can elevate both functionality and user experience.
