P&T Group Directors, Ms. Carol Ting and Mr. Matt Yau, had the pleasure of engaging with a vibrant group of engineers during their site visit organised by the HKIE-MMNC SYEA to the Kowloon Tsai Swimming Pool Complex. The project is one of the finalists of the Green Building Award 2025, under New Buildings Category: Completed Projects – Institutional. It is also the winner of ArchSD Annual Award 2024 - Special Award (Urban Design)!

After an insightful presentation on the project, the group went a guided tour of the facility, including the spectator stand, indoor heated main pool, changing room and E&M plant room. We also received a certificate as a token of their appreciation for arranging this visit.
