With a gross floor area of 35,129 sqm, the project is carefully positioned away from the busy commercial strip along the Singapore River, striking a refined balance between urban vibrancy and residential tranquility.

Its riverfront location offers residents immediate access to the dynamic activities along the waterfront while simultaneously providing a serene retreat within a predominantly residential enclave. Drawing inspiration from the site’s historical and geographical context, the design concept is influenced by the tributaries that once shaped the area and the gentle landscape of Kim Seng Linear Park that extends toward the Singapore River.

The architectural language pays homage to the fluidity and shimmer of water. The façade captures the soft rippling movement of a river, with wave-like gestures that ascend the 36-storey tower. This rhythm culminates in a bold and dynamic crown, conceived as a clash of waves, creating a distinctive silhouette against the city skyline. By day, the form reflects the vibrancy of its urban setting, while at sunrise and sunset, it echoes the iconic shimmer of riverboats gliding across the water.
