We are proud to share that Clementi NorthArc, designed by P&T Consultants, has been honoured with the prestigious HDB (Housing and Development Board) Design Award in recognition of its excellence in public housing design.

Strategically located along the Ulu Pandan River, Clementi NorthArc was conceived as more than a residential development,  it is a riverfront community woven seamlessly into the natural landscape. The architecture takes on a terraced form, with building heights stepping down towards both the river and the heart of the site, creating an approachable human scale and fostering a sense of openness rather than density.

Key design features include:

• Direct and barrier-free access to the Ulu Pandan Park Connector Network, allowing residents and neighbouring communities to engage effortlessly with nature.
• Lush multi-tiered greenery, where landscape extends from the ground plane into elevated gardens, sky decks, and rooftop communal spaces.
• Car park levels infused with daylight through sculpted voids, enhancing comfort, ventilation and spatial quality.
• A contemporary façade language inspired by classic slab and point block typologies, blending familiarity with refinement.
• Night-time illumination that transforms the blocks into sculptural lanterns, contributing vibrancy to the wider Clementi and Ulu Pandan precinct.

Beyond aesthetics, the project is a model for socially inclusive and environmentally responsive housing, balancing density with liveability, connectivity with tranquillity.
