The IT Tiandi Hotel sits where the city meets the hills, a 16-storey development at the heart of the Huang Ni Chuan district’s commercial hub.

Bringing together guest rooms, restaurants, a club house, an indoor pool and a convention centre for up to 1,000 guests, the hotel is designed as two interlocking blocks. The tower is angled to frame views of the Lao Zhou Shan Reservoir and surrounding mountains.

Set back from the busy main road, the entrance opens onto a quiet courtyard, creating a refined and private arrival experience. The façade design symbolises the mountains and sky, while the setback tower balances scale with the low-rise Xintiandi-style streetscape below.
