From an industrial container yard to a vibrant, green, and people-focused community, Novoland reimagines how urban living can feel connected, balanced and serene.

Rooted in traditional Chinese garden planning and guided by modern urban design principles, the project brings nature, architecture, and technology together to craft a resort-like sanctuary within the city. Every element of Novoland was conceived to encourage wellbeing and a sense of belonging, where residents can slow down, connect and live in harmony with their surroundings.

Fourteen residential towers are thoughtfully arranged to optimize sunlight, preserve natural wind corridors, and ensure every home overlooks lush greenery. A network of Skywalks and shuttle lift lobbies, designed as sculptural glass pavilions surrounded by landscaped gardens, provide residents with an elevated and seamless journey home, blending convenience with a strong sense of arrival.

Vehicular and pedestrian flows are carefully separated, creating a safe, car-free environment at the podium level where social hubs, gardens, and art-filled spaces invite interaction and community. Across the development, 101 pieces of public art; from intricate murals to sculptural installations, celebrate cultural identity and add layers of visual storytelling.

The architecture itself draws inspiration from nature's rhythm, fluid lines, layered volumes, and organic geometries echo the landscapes they inhabit. The result is a composition that feels alive, dynamic and deeply connected to its environment.
