Comprising 2 residential towers elevated above a landscaped podium, Skye at Holland creates a calm and connected environment. The open deck on the third storey encourages natural cross-ventilation and extends greenery throughout the site, while a warm palette of brick, bronze and earthy tones preserves the village’s distinctive character.

At the corner, a 2-storey clubhouse, designed as a modern reinterpretation of a bungalow, forms the main arrival point, linking seamlessly to the sky terrace via a pedestrian bridge.

Designed between 2024-2025 and scheduled for completion in Q4 2029, the project spans a total GFA of 58,224 sqm and targets Green Mark Platinum SLE certification with the Maintainability Badge.
