Sustainability isn’t just about the environment, it’s about people, too.
Recently, we had an in-house seminar event by @Allied Environmental Consultants, our sub-consultant of our new project, Casa Sierra on Pak Wo Road, which has already obtained certification on the new “Elderly-Friendly Building” accreditation scheme of the @Hong Kong Green Building Council.
Organised by P&T Academy (CPD) Committee, the seminar covered everything from the assessment process to credit requirements. Using P&T project Casa Sierra as a prime example, the speakers demonstrated how we can achieve this certification and provided valuable insights.
