In order to fully leverage the role of construction project bid evaluation experts, strengthen the management of these experts, and enhance the quality of bid evaluation processes, we have formulated relevant measures and established a bid evaluation expert database. This is in accordance with the "Tendering and Bidding Law of the People's Republic of China," the "Implementation Regulations of the Tendering and Bidding Law," the "Interim Measures for the Management of Bid Evaluation Experts and Expert Database," and the "Shenzhen Public Resource Trading Expert Database and Expert Management Measures" (Shen Fa Gai Gui [2022] No. 5), among other relevant regulations, tailored to the specific context of Shenzhen.
