For over 155 years, P&T Group has been at the forefront of architectural and engineering innovation, transforming the way buildings are designed and constructed. From early precast construction in Singapore to pioneering Modular Integrated Construction (MiC) in Hong Kong, our journey reflects a legacy of continual improvement and sustainable practices.
Key Milestones:
1990s: Early adoption of precast technology in Singapore public housing, revolutionizing construction efficiency with innovative precast elements in beams, slabs, and walls.
2000s: Introducing breakthroughs like precast load-bearing columns and shear walls, enhancing speed, precision, and labor reduction in projects like Park Green Executive Condominium.
2010s: Delivering landmark projects such as The Crest and The West Terra, the first concrete PPVC (Precast Prefinished Volumetric Construction) project in Singapore, setting new benchmarks in modular construction.
Hong Kong Expansion: Adapting MiC systems to Hong Kong’s high-rise challenges, including patent-pending composite wall designs for enhanced efficiency and space optimization.
Today, our innovations like six-sided factory-finished modules with integrated MEP services (e.g., Tampines Tapestry) and advanced MiC designs (e.g., Jat Min Chuen Elderly Housing) are shaping the future of sustainable, labor-efficient construction.
P&T Group remains committed to pushing boundaries, leveraging decades of expertise to drive innovation and contribute to the evolution of the global construction industry.

Situated in Yangpu District’s Wujiaochang sub-center, KIC Plaza is part of the visionary Knowledge and Innovation Community (KIC), developed by Shui On Land with the Shanghai government. This award-winning, mixed-use development seamlessly integrates office spaces, retail, education, and residential areas, fostering a vibrant urban environment aimed at the next generation of innovators. P&T Group played a vital role in the urban planning and design of this community, including the construction of KIC Plaza’s nine low-rise office blocks, which are unified by a modern architectural language featuring limestone facades and glass curtain walls. These buildings are connected by a sunken landscaped courtyard, serving as a vibrant pedestrian spine filled with retail and communal spaces.
The master plan of KIC focuses on creating a sustainable, connected, and interactive community. Its low-density design blends historic structures with modern elements, promoting pedestrian-friendly infrastructure and environmentally conscious practices. Highlights include the integration of Jiangwan Stadium with Fudan University via underground passages, creating lively public spaces, and fostering collaboration across diverse groups. With LEED Platinum and China Green Star certifications, KIC stands as a benchmark for eco-friendly, urban innovation in one of Shanghai’s most dynamic districts.
